Gabriela was born about 1787 in Bugnara, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Filippo Nalli and Maria Giuseppa Amati.
Her husband was Francesco Maria DeEspinosa. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their six known children were Carmela Nicola Giuditta (1817-?), Davide Donato Raffaele (1819-1820), Salvatore (1821-?), Alessandro (1822-?), Gaetana Letezia (1824-?) and Agostino Cesidio (1828-?).
