BIRTH: At 3 of the previous night (3 della notte seguente) at

home (propria abitazione). Parents, Mauro Teti, 23, farmer

(contadino), and Camilla Aspromonte, 23, both living on Strada

delle Piane. Baptism on 29 April 1831 noted. Father notified

officials of the birth, but could not sign the declaration

because he was illiterate.
