Vincenzo was born in 1838 in Fara San Martino, the son of Michelangelo DiCecco and Mariauria DiNucci.

His wife was Suisa Ranieri, who he married in ABT 1867. The place has not been found. Their six known children were Antonia (1890-?), Vincenzo (1892-?), Marianna (1894-?), Serafina (1896-?), Giovanfioze (1899-?) and Vicenzo (1899-?).
