Laneris was born in 1869 in Fara San Martino, the son of Isuntilis DiCecco and Marie Antonia DeFalicis.

His wife was Virginia Ferrante, who he married in ABT 1889. The place has not been found. Their seven known children were Maria Antonia (1890-?), Oruisndi Domenico (1891-?), Fiorina Maria (1893-?), Lida Fiorina (1900-?), Davide (1903-?), Elodia (1907-?) and Ferusudo Maria Luiatilio (1909-?).
