Vincenzo was born about 1790 in Bugnara, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of Domenicantonio DiBacco and Concezia Santucci.
His wife was Maria Vincenza DiVito. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Maria Carmela Vittorina (1817-?), Domenica (1821-1821), Bartolomeo (1824-?) and Salvatore Benvenuto (1828-1830).
