Michele was born in 1852 in Colletorto, the son of Luigi Bisceglia and Vincenza Ciarolla.
He died after 1891 in Brazil.
His wife was Anna Antonia Mucci, who he married on 20 SEP 1879 in Montelongo, Campobasso, Italy. Their six known children were Luiginni (c1880-?), Vincenza (1880-?), Catterina (1883-?), Angiolina (1886-1979), Lucia (1891-1972) and Concetta (1893-?).
