Camillo was born about 1829 in Bugnara, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of Nunzio Casasanta and Giovanna Molinaro.
His wife was Cecilia Ventresca. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their two known children were Vincenza (1858-1859) and Rosa (1861-1861).
