Elisabetta was born about 1790 in Bugnara, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Amadio Santarelli and Teresa Brignoli.
Her husband was Silvestro D'Amico. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Maria Giovanna (1812-1817), Antonio (1820-1820), Maria (1821-1822) and Domenico (1824-1842).
