Carmilia was born about 1850 in Capestrano, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Antonio Sinadori and Carmilia Gangola.
Her husband was Charles Ganga. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Giovanni (1875-1962).
