Pasqua was born about 1799 in Rocca Pia, L'Aquila, Abruzzo, Italy, the daughter of Nicola Ciotti and Anastasia Rocco.
Her husband was Fiore Acquafonnata. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their two known children were Maria Giuseppa (1810-1811) and Pietrantonio (1815-1817).
