Her husband was Ralph Cestaro, who she married in ABT 1870 in Colliano, Salerno, Campania, Italy. Their nine known children were Lorenzo (c1872-?), Pauline (c1874-?), Concetta (c1875-?), Guitano (c1876-?), Carmela (1880-?), Antoinette (c1881-?), Assunta (c1883-?), Gennaro (c1885-?) and Sonnedella (c1890-?).
