Marzia was born about 1751 in Castello, the daughter of Saverio Seri and Mariangela Scarsella.

She died on 25 OCT 1830 in Fagnano Alto, L'Aquila, Italy.

Her husband was Marco Rosa. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Vittoria (c1781-1864), Maria Luisa (c1782-1852), Angelo (1785-1857) and Rosalia (c1793-1860).
