Angela was born about 1789 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Filippo Santarelli and Pasqua Rosa Colantonio.
Her husband is not known. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Donato (1814-?).
