Diomira was born about 1777 in Palena, Chieti, Italy, the daughter of Concenzio Rosato and Maria Paterra.
She had three marriages/partners. Her first husband was Luigi Margadonna, who she married in ABT 1800 in Palena, Chieti, Italy. Their six known children were Francesco (c1804-?), Maria Aloisa (1806-?), Michelangelo Luigi (1806-1878), Maria Giacinta (1812-1813), Giacinto (1813-1815) and Luigi (1817-1817).
Her second husband was Berardino Muscente, who she married on 13 APR 1813 in Palena, Chieti, Italy. Their only known child was Falco (1815-?).
Her third husband was Giuseppe Cacchione, who she married on 25 AUG 1824. The place has not been found. They had no known children.
