Giovanni was born on 24 JUN 1821 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the son of Baldassare Paolantonio and Vittoria Fedele Martinelli.

He died before 1891. The place is not known.

He had three marriages/partners. His first wife was Concetta Calabrese, who he married in ABT 1850. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Raffaele (1852-1852), Falco Fidele (1853-1856), Mauro (1856-?), Maria Maddalena (1858-?) and Fiorinta Giovina (1863-?).

His second wife was Angela Rosa Rossi, who he married on 10 OCT 1868 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy. Their two known children were Fedelea (1873-?) and Tomasso (1878-?).

His third wife was Cleonice Mancini, who he married on 19 MAR 1888. The place has not been found. They had no known children.
