Domenica was born about 1814 in Palena, Chieti, Italy, the daughter of Filippo Paolantonio and Rosa Emanuela D'Amico.

Her second husband was Pietro Silverio, who she married in ABT 1835. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Francesco (c1836-1847) and Pietro (1840-1840).

Her third husband was Natale Antonio Mascetta, who she married on 9 OCT 1841 in Palena, Chieti, Italy. Their two known children were Crosifissa (c1843-1852) and Maria Grazia (1844-1844).
