Peppino was born about 1878 in Fara San Martino, the daughter of Casimiro Orsatti and Speranza DiSanto.

Her husband was Antonio Chimbella Ferdinando DiCecco, who she married in ABT 1899. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Aroldo (c1900-1945), Bice (c1905-?) and Nino (c1905-?).
