Angiola was born about 1760, the daughter of Giovanni Alessandro Margiotta and Loreta Iacobucci. The place is not known.
Her husband was Andrea d'Alessandro. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their five known children were Francesco (c1786-?), Anna Antonia (c1790-?), Nunzia Rosa (c1792-1817), Maria Nicola (c1795-?) and Paolo (c1795-?).
