Mariantonia was born about 1807 in Bugnara, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Costanzo Maccarelli and Crescenza Mazzocca.
Her husband was Feliciano Pasquale. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their three known children were Francesco (1839-1840), Raffaele (1843-1845) and Domenica (1846-?).
