Sabatino was born about 1770 in Serramonacesca, the son of Giovanni Giangiacomo and Rosalia Giangiacomo.

His wife was Pompilia Mancini, who he married in Serramonacesca, Pescara, Italy. The date has not been found. Their six known children were Nicola Vincenzo (c1805-?), Pasquale (c1808-1810), Pasquale (1811-1813), Maddalena (1817-?), Carmela Maria (1820-?) and Angela Domenica (1827-1827).
