Maria was born about 1785 in Palombaro, the daughter of Carmine DiRocco but her mother is unknown.

Her husband was Raimondo Falcone, who she married in ABT 1808 in Palombaro, Chieti, Italy. Their seven known children were Giuseppe (1809-?), Giuseppe (1811-?), Antonio (1813-?), Maria Vincenza (1815-?), Domenica (1820-?), Angela (1821-?) and Domenic'Antonio (1824-?).
