Domenico was born about 1780 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of Panfilo DiLoreto but his mother is unknown.

His wife was Maria Antonia Santilli, who he married in ABT 1810. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Panfilo Antonio (1812-1812), Rocca Antonia (1815-?) and Panfilo Antonio (1817-?).
