Serafina was born about 1805 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Giacinto diBenedetto and Anna Domenica Golino.

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband is not known. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Liberato Antonio (c1823-1824).

Her second husband was Domenico Antolini, who she married on 25 JUN 1831 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy. Their only known child was Antonio (1833-?).
