Anna was born about 1805 in Caporciano, the daughter of Francesco DeFelice and Maria Pizzi.

She died on 28 APR 1887 in Villa Sant'angelo.

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Antonio DiCola. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Maria Giovanna (1838-?).

Her second husband was Ferdinando Giuseppe Antonio Sebastiani, who she married on 25 JUL 1872 in Villa Sant'angelo. They had no known children.
