Concezio was born about 1765 in Palena, Chieti, Italy, the son of Filippo D'Emilio and Maria Paterra.

He died in MAR 1834 in Palena, Chieti, Italy.

His wife was Angela Muscente, who he married in BEF 1800. The place has not been found. Their six known children were Maria Francesca (c1800-<1882), Marco Antonio (c1801-?), Pasqua (c1806->1867), Antonio (c1809-1813), Francesco Paolo (1812-1813) and Nicola Vincenzo (1819-?).
