Saveria was born in 1864 in Rocca Pia, L'Aquila, Abruzzo, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.

Her husband was Concezio Concetto Ciotti, who she married in ABT 1890 in Rocca Pia, L'Aquila, Abruzzo, Italy. Their seven known children were Filomena (1895-1920), Madelena (1897-1968), Piacentina (1896-1993), Giovanna (1899-1981), Perena (1904-1997), Michelina (1907-1980) and Luigi Concetto (1891-1962).
