His wife was Mattia D'Avolio, who he married in Collarmele, Aquila, Italy. The date has not been found. Their four known children were Giorgio Paolo (c1770-1820), Domenico (c1792-1854), Giovanna Rosa (c1792-1854) and Cristina (c1797-?).
