Agata was born about 1795 in Bugnara, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Carminantonio DiFiore and Domenica Incorvati.
Her husband was Vincenzo LaMarca. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their five known children were Filomena (1836-1836), Teresa (1822-?), Vincenzo Cesidio (1824-1828), Maria Pasqua (1828-?) and Cristina Filomena (1831-1835).
