Stanislas was born in 1798 in Montorio nei Frentani, the son of Pasquale Carfagnini and Maria Amalia DeRensis.
His wife was Maria Vittoria Porcelli, who he married in ABT 1818. The place has not been found. Their nine known children were Pasquale Maria (1819-c1819), Pasquale Maria (1821-?), Maria Rebecca (1823-c1823), Maria Rebecca (1826-?), Pasquale Maria Fibruzio (1828-?), Pasquale (1831-?), Pasquale Carmelo Maria (1834-?), Domenico (1834-?) and Giuseppe Nicola Andrea (1838-?).
