Vincenzo was born in 1853 in Penne, the son of Raffaele Camplese and Aurora Casimo.
His wife was unknown Chiarella, who he married in ABT 1885. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Alfonso (1890-?), Luciano (1894-?) and Clemente (1897-?).
