His wife was Giovanna Frattaroli. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their six known children were Lonardo (1829-?), Gemma (1831-1831), Elisabetta (1833-?), Vittorina Filomena (1837-1838), Maria (1842-?) and Salvatore (1846-1848).
