His wife was Domenica Paolone. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their seven known children were Giorgio Raffaele (1850-1853), Crocifissa Filomena (1852-1853), Giuseppe (1854-1856), Alba Maria (1856-?), Marco Liberio (1859-1860), Innocenza Crocifissa (1860-1861) and Cristina Crocifissa (1864-1864).
