His wife was Anna Ventresca. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their eight known children were Maria Teresa (1842-?), Giuseppe (1845-?), Cattarina (1848-?), Nunziata (1850-?), Maria Giuseppa (1853-1855), Nicola (1855-?), Maria Arcangela (1858-1861) and Raffaele (1860-?).
