Anna was born about 1779 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Vincenzo Santilli, who she married in ABT 1798. The place has not been found. Their seven known children were Alesandrina (c1799-?), Cecilia (c1801-1826), Maria Carmela (c1801-?), Maria Domenica (1813-1813), Rocco Antonio Amadio (1815-?), Giuseppe Antonio (1818-?) and Pasquale Crescenzo (1820-1824).
