Maria was born about 1780 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Emidio Carducci. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Angiola (c1800-?), Domenico Antonio (c1812-1842), Giovanni (1816-1818) and Maria Giovanna (1819-1819).
