Angelo was born about 1765 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Maria Carmina Carapellucci, who he married in ABT 1792. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Vincenzo (c1793-?) and Domenico Antonio (c1794-?).
His second wife was Giovanna Tedeschi, who he married in ABT 1799. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Rosa Maria (c1800-?), Liberato (c1804-1814) and Maria Carmela (1811-1811).
