Venanzo was born about 1773 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Aurelia Iacobucci, who he married in ABT 1800. The place has not been found. Their six known children were Concezia (c1806-1812), Rosa Maria (c1809-1812), Liberata Maria (1811-1813), Maria Cristina (1811-?), Maria Cristina (c1815-1844) and Antonio Giacomo (1816-1817).
