Beniamino was born about 1760 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Anna Giuseppa Margiotta, who he married in ABT 1782. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Innocenza (c1780-1817).
His second wife was Maria Nicola Carapellucci, who he married in ABT 1782. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Giovanni Battista (c1784-1845), Marta (c1797-?), Maria Consiglia (c1800-?), Giuseppe (c1805-1816) and Consiglio (1811-?).
