Arcangelo was born about 1753 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Maria Rosa Pizzoferrato. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their three known children were Domenico Antonio (c1777-?), Maria Nunzia (c1787-1828) and Anna Antonia (c1794-?).
